Share the Space

Any form of bullying or harassment will not be tolerated. If these incidents happen, Council members have the right to ask people to leave the space.

Booking Games and Equipment

Scan the QR code provided or visit the form here and complete the sign-out form. Students will be asked to leave their YU Cards throughout the duration of the booking.

No Drinking and/or Smoking

Food is allowed and should be disposed of properly outside the room. Please clean as you go and do not leave the area messy.

No Pets Allowed

Service animals are welcome.

DO NOT open the fire exit doors!

The room is alarmed for security purposes. In the case that it is opened, the alarm will go off. If there's no Council Member present, please call York Security at 416-736-5333. Make sure nothing is blocking the fire exits.
