Is my child’s registration/ticket transferable?

Tickets are not transferable on any occasion.

Can my child’s registration information be updated?

If there is a mistake and a correction needs to be made, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can update the information!

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

The information on the registration MUST match the information of the attendee so make sure that the ticket has the same name and your information on it! Tickets are not transferable so please do not make this mistake! Your child will not be permitted to participate in O-Week if the information does not match.
